I can't unlock the software.
When I enter the key that was sent to me, I get the following message:
“This product key applies to a different product. Please enter a valid product key for this product.”

Thanks for reporting this problem. Let’s first verify your installation:

1. Click the '?' icon (Help).

2. Choose About from the menu.

3. Ensure the program name is listed as FreePDF 2025, not FlexiPDF.
